Talent & Experience Manager
Kristin Vaselacopoulos has had a wide range of experience in many different industries, the guiding theme being her desire to take care of people. With her UMASS Amherst BA in Communications, experience in Film Production, and eclectic personal history influencing her, she knew she continually wanted to create amazing experiences for those around her. Throughout her adventures, she grew to love organizational communication, hospitality & production, and never looked back.
Previously, an Investment Sales & Property Manager at Engel & Völkers Boston, she honed her build out design skills from staging & managing properties to marketing them to sell. Before that she also worked as a Front Office Supervisor for Marriott, specializing in VIP guest experience. She joined the Akili team and used those talents as Office, Style, & Event Manager to create a cohesive office and events experience that spanned both coasts.
Contributing to Akili’s rapid growth, Kristin has now become the Akili Talent & Experience Manager, with a focus on company culture, HR, brand awareness, team communication & experience, recruiting, and relationship building. She is creating an innovative cultural experience for Akili with some of the top advisors in the company, including Executive Chairman, Rob Perez, and Leadership Advisor, Glenn Entis.
