April Scott

Senior Director Patient Support Services

 

April has over 10 years’ experience in the pharmaceutical industry with a focus on patient support operations and programs as well as reimbursement and access strategies, leveraging digital solutions. She is passionate about building customized offerings, ensuring patients feel supported throughout their treatment journey. She has led many different types of patient support programs in the CNS, growth hormone deficiency, and autoimmune therapeutic areas. Most recently, April was the Director of Reimbursement Strategy and Patient Access at Otsuka America Pharmaceuticals. At Otsuka, she provided vendor oversight and strategic leadership for both the ASSURE Patient Support Center and the Otsuka Patient Assistance Foundation. She obtained a Bachelor of Arts in History from Rollins College and a Master of Business Administration from Saint Joseph’s College of Maine.
